The main activity of our company is the manufacture of units and parts for the reconstruction of steam and gas turbines, as well as hydraulic turbines of domestic and foreign production, spare parts for steam and gas turbines, hydraulic turbines. Manufacturing of components for the production of steam and gas turbines, hydro turbines and boiler plants, working and guide blades, diaphragms, control system parts, high pressure fasteners.

Plasma spraying technology:

The use of tungsten carbide coatings is more than 100 times resistant to high temperature erosion.

Plasma spraying improves resistance to wear, heat flux, erosion and corrosion of the surface of turbojet units and gas turbine engines.

The application of the coating not only increases the service life of the part, but also allows it to be repeatedly restored.

The plasma method is widely used in the repair of parts such as landing gear pivots, bushings, axles, and wing flaps guides.

Thermal spray coating technology:

Thermal spray coating (GTD) consists of local melting (softening) of the material and spraying the melt with a high-speed jet of compressed air or gas. On hitting a solid substrate, the droplets flatten, mix and create a crust (coating).

The coating material can be wire, powder or powder-filled polymer cord. The source of heating is the flame of a gas torch (flame spraying), a compressed welding arc (plasma spraying), an electric arc burning between two moving wires (electric arc spraying), a blast wave of a combustible gas-oxygen mixture (detonation spraying).

GTN allows you to apply coatings of any composition and purpose to the inner and outer surfaces of various parts. Coatings can be applied from metals, alloys, ceramics, cermets, polymers and their mixtures with a thickness of 20-30 microns. The upper limit of the thickness is limited by the economic feasibility of the application.
